HOW TO MAKE CHEESE CHILLI
ingredents
vegetables spices soya sauce, cheese,tomato sauce,honey,cooking oil,

garlic maida white flour

step1.
take a bown add 5 spoon of white flour [maida] add 3 table spoon cornflour , 1\4 tea spoon of crused black paper, some salt to taste mix the dry ingredents and now add some water and make a paste make a coating for a paneer dip the paneer [cheese] cut pieces into this paste.
step2.
take a deep pan and heat the oil and fry that coated cheese into this oil fry them tll its getting brown crispy fry these and after then into in a side,
step3.
now take these red chillies add soke them into the water for 10 min....
now make a paste of a soked red chiilies and add the ginger and grind them and now the paste s ready.
step4.
now take a pan and heat 2 table spoon coking oil in it now add chopped garlic in it fry for a few minutes and now add the red chilli paste in it add some water add cook it for 5 to 10 minutes. now take the paste out from this pan and put into a bowl. now take this pan again and add 1 tea spoon cooking oil after heating the oil add onion cut into big pieces fry for few minutes on high flame similarly add 2 cutted capsiusm into big pieces fry for few minutes now add red chili paste in it now add 1 table spoon lemon juice one tea spoon honey i spoon soya sauce 1 tea spoon black paper mix them and add 1\4 tea spoon of ajinomoto , some water and salt according to taste and 1 tablespoon of cornflour mixed with 2 table spoon of water and mix well imidiatly and you see after sometime the mixture comes glossy at this stage add 1\4 cup of spring onion and add the fried cheese [paneer].
step 5.
on a hing flame give it good mix of all and cook for 4 to 5 minutes and now finally serve it .
